Blair has significant experience investing in climate, including as the founding member of the CEFC’s venture capital team, which spun out as Virescent Ventures in 2022. Prior to joining the CEFC, Blair led a team at Macquarie Group making principal investments in early stage clean-tech and environmental companies, and then spent three years working in and raising capita for early-stage climate tech start-ups. Blair sits on the boards of e-bike logistics firm Zoomo, energy storage firm Relectrify, the SaaS platform AgriWebb, hydrogen electrolyser maker Hysata, energy measurement device maker Wattwatchers and led CEFC’s investment into Samsara Eco.
