Deborah Johns

Deborah is a partner in the Corporate Advisory Group at Gilbert + Tobin. She advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a special focus on venture capital (including fund establishment and acting for both investors and start-ups) and accessing government programs supporting venture capital and their investees. Deborah also routinely advises on complex joint venture arrangements across a range of sectors – including funds management, infrastructure, and technology – including strategic advice regarding long-term relationships between corporate entities. Deborah joined Gilbert + Tobin in June 2002 and became a partner in 2007.
