If an event is cancelled AIC will, at the participant’s election, either provide a refund or a credit. A credit must be used in respect of a future AIC event(s) within 24 months of the credit being issued.

3. Registration for AIC events must be accompanied by a credit card (only) payment online via the shopping cart link at point of registration. A tax invoice will be provided via the online process.

4. AIC reserves the right to cancel at our sole discretion any applications/registrations and/or refuse entry into the event if payment is not successfully received via credit card at point of online registration.

5. Any other form of payment must be agreed to with AIC by contacting [email protected] and payments must be received at least 7 working days prior to the event date.

6. Cancellations must be advised by email to [email protected] and received by AIC before 5pm, at least 5 working days prior to the day of this event. AIC reserves the right to refuse a refund after this time.

8. Substitutions may be made at any time.

9. Any such substitutions made as per point 8 above must be from within the same organisation unless otherwise agreed to by AIC in writing.
