The Women in Private Capital Mentorship program 2024 is now officially underway with a panel discussion on "Building a Sustainable Career in Private Capital". The discussion was moderated by Felicity McMahon, Partner at Allens, and featured insights from Bonnie Powell, Head of People and Capabilities at the Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF); Rick Baker, Co-Founder and Partner at Blackbird; and Nicola Macgregor, Senior Associate, Responsibility and Impact at Adamantem Capital.
The Council is committed to supporting Australia's private capital industry in building inclusive and thriving work environments where everyone feels confident that they can contribute and progress. Our Women in Private Capital Mentorship Program aims to empower both emerging and established leaders by fostering the sharing of knowledge, insights and skills.
