Culture Amp, a platform that helps companies take action to improve employee
engagement, retention and performance backed by Blackbird Ventures
provided a range of initiatives to support their customers, community and
extended people leaders during the pandemic. These included:
- A complimentary remote meeting facilitation training session made
available to all customers and their employees as well as their community
leaders. The 90-minute session was designed to help attendees find ways to
continue to connect on a human level in a virtual environment.

HR for HR: A free wellbeing check-in for human resources professionals who have
been at the frontline of the pandemic within their organisations. It is
a short ten question survey that identifies areas for the individual to
focus on and improve their wellbeing.

COVID-19 complimentary survey
was made available via Culture Amp’s Culture First community website as
well as for all customers. Results of the survey where made publicly
available with insights about
employee views about the pandemic
and about
returning to work.
- Launching a seven part multi-media series called
Working Through It. This was developed in collaboration with Culture Amp’s partners,
community and customers about how best to deal with the various challenges
presented as a result of the pandemic.

Virtual chapters
for groups of people to come together through facilitated conversations
as a way to provide support to people dealing with the pandemic.
