Working with the Department of Industry, Science and Resources to host a Supporting Diversity in Investment Forum. It is designed to help grow the representation of people with diverse backgrounds, in the private capital and start-up sector.
Working with the Department of Industry, Science and Resources, this forum will explore how to strengthen diversity across the investment landscape. Supporting Diversity in Investment is designed to increase the representation of people from diverse backgrounds across venture capital, private markets, and the broader investment ecosystem.
The forum will feature insights from industry leaders, including perspectives on embedding diversity within investment organisations and across portfolios to drive stronger performance and better outcomes. It will also explore practical ways to better support and advance diversity across the investment ecosystem.
Bringing together participants from across the investment community, the event will highlight diverse voices and experiences, fostering meaningful connections and open dialogue. The aim is to support a more inclusive, dynamic, and high-performing investment environment. Individuals from all areas of the investment industry are encouraged to attend and bring along a colleague form a different background or gender.
